We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the simple steps outlined below.
To permanently delete your Trainfury account, you must send an email request from the email address associated with your account.
Step 1: Compose a new email.
Step 2: Send the email to our support team at: [email protected]
Step 3: Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Important: For security and verification purposes, you must send this email from the same email address you used to register your Trainfury account. Requests from different email addresses cannot be processed.
Once we receive your request, our team will verify it and proceed with the deletion of your account and personal data from our servers. This process may take up to 7-10 business days. We will send you a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
