How to do it

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart, and arms fully extended.
  2. Engage your core, glutes, and lats, keeping your entire body rigid like a plank.
  3. With straight arms, slowly raise your legs and torso simultaneously, pulling your body upwards until it is completely parallel to the floor. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels.
  4. Hold the top position briefly, maintaining the rigid body line.
  5. Slowly and with control, lower your body back to the starting hanging position. Avoid using momentum throughout the movement.
