How to do it

  1. Set up a flat bench between two low cable pulleys.
  2. Attach a D-handle to each pulley.
  3. Grasp a handle in each hand and lie back on the bench.
  4. Position the handles at the sides of your chest with your palms facing forward and elbows bent.
  5. Press the handles up and together over your chest until your arms are fully extended.
  6. Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
