How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg near a wall or sturdy object for balance.
  2. Raise your heel as high as you can, pausing at the top of the contraction.
  3. Slowly lower your heel back to the starting position.
  4. Complete all reps for one side before switching to the other leg.
