How to do it

  1. Stand in front of a chair with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold your arms out in front of you for balance and keep your chest up.
  3. Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower yourself towards the seat.
  4. Touch the seat lightly with your backside without sitting your weight down.
  5. Pause for one second.
  6. Drive through your whole foot to stand back up.
