How to do it

  1. Set up a barbell in a landmine attachment or securely wedge one end of the barbell into a corner on the floor. Load the desired weight onto the opposite end of the barbell.
  2. Stand facing the landmine attachment, holding the end of the barbell with both hands at chest height, close to your body. Your feet should be about shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward.
  3. Initiate the movement by squatting down, pushing your hips back and bending your knees as if sitting in a chair. Keep your chest up, back straight, and core engaged. Descend until your thighs are parallel to the floor or as deep as comfortable while maintaining good form.
  4. Drive through your heels and stand up powerfully, simultaneously pressing the barbell overhead in an arc motion until your arms are fully extended. The landmine will guide the bar path.
  5. Control the eccentric phase, slowly lowering the barbell back to your chest as you descend into the next squat.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
