How to do it

  1. Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable station.
  2. Grasp the rope with both hands using a neutral grip and face away from the machine.
  3. Step forward to create tension on the cable, with your elbows bent and hands behind your head.
  4. Extend your arms fully overhead, keeping your elbows stationary and close to your head.
  5. Pause at the top, squeezing your triceps.
  6. Slowly lower the rope back to the starting position behind your head.
