How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels.
  2. As you begin to lower your chest towards the floor, simultaneously lift one foot off the ground, bend your knee, and bring it out wide towards your elbow on the same side.
  3. Continue lowering your chest until it is just above the floor, keeping your core tight and your back straight.
  4. Push back up to the starting plank position, extending your arms and simultaneously returning your leg to meet the other foot.
  5. Repeat the movement on the opposite side, bringing the other knee towards its corresponding elbow as you lower into the push-up.
  6. Alternate sides with each repetition, maintaining control throughout the movement.
