How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall, a little further than arm's length away.
  2. Place your hands on the wall at chest height, slightly wider than your shoulders.
  3. Keep your body in one straight line from head to heels and brace your stomach.
  4. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the wall under control.
  5. Pause for one second when your chest is close to the wall.
  6. Push back to the start without letting your hips sag or lead.
