How to do it

  1. Set up a suspension trainer (e.g., TRX) with handles at chest height. Stand facing the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with palms facing each other.
  2. Lean back slightly, extending your arms straight in front of you, maintaining tension in the straps. Your body should be in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Initiate the squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if sitting into a chair. Keep your chest up and back straight, using the suspension straps for balance and support.
  4. Descend until your thighs are parallel to the floor, or as deep as comfortable while maintaining good form. Your arms will naturally straighten further.
  5. Push through your heels to return to the starting position, maintaining tension in the straps and keeping your core engaged throughout the movement.
