How to do it

  1. Attach D-handles to the low pulleys of a cable crossover machine.
  2. Stand in the center of the machine, grabbing the left handle with your right hand and the right handle with your left hand.
  3. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and a slight bend in your elbows.
  4. Raise your arms out to your sides until they are parallel to the floor, keeping your arms straight.
  5. Pause at the top, then slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
