How to do it
Set up a suspension trainer at a height where the handles are roughly at waist level when you are standing.
Stand facing the anchor point, holding one handle in each hand with an overhand grip, palms facing down.
Lean back slightly, extending your arms straight in front of you, creating tension in the straps. Your body should be in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
Keeping your arms straight and your core tight, slowly raise your arms forward and up until they are parallel to the floor, or slightly higher, at shoulder height. Your body will pivot slightly from your heels.
Maintain control and slowly lower your arms back to the starting position, resisting the pull of gravity.
