How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart and close to your glutes.
  2. Place your arms alongside your body, palms down.
  3. Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the floor, engaging your core and keeping your lower back pressed into the mat.
  4. Reach your right hand towards your right heel, tapping it gently. Keep your neck relaxed and gaze towards the ceiling.
  5. Return to the center briefy, then immediately reach your left hand towards your left heel.
  6. Continue alternating sides, maintaining control and keeping your core engaged throughout the movement.
