How to do it

  1. place your hands on the handles.
  2. Squeeze the handles together as far as possible, focusing on contracting your forearm muscles.
  3. Hold the peak contraction for a moment.
  4. Slowly release the handles back to the starting position, resisting the weight on the return.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
