How to do it

  1. Rest forearms comfortably on the pads with your wrists hanging over the edge.
  2. Grasp the handles or bar with a supinated grip (palms facing up) and keep your forearms flat against the pad throughout the movement.
  3. Begin the exercise by curling your wrists upward as you exhale, squeezing your forearm muscles at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower your wrists back down to the starting position while inhaling, allowing a full stretch in the forearms.
  5. Your forearms should remain stationary on the pad, with only your wrists moving during the exercise.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
