How to do it

  1. Start out by positioning yourself at the wrist extension machine and placing your forearms flat on the provided pad with your wrists hanging over the edge.
  2. Grasp the handles or bar with a pronated grip (palms facing down) and keep your forearms firmly pressed against the pad throughout the movement.
  3. Begin the exercise by extending your wrists upward as you exhale, contracting the forearm extensor muscles at the top of the motion.
  4. Slowly lower your wrists back down to the starting position while inhaling, allowing a controlled stretch in the muscles.
  5. Your forearms should remain stationary on the pad, with only your wrists moving during the exercise.
